The Villa
This 180 m² house offers you to live an inside/outside with in its ground floor the living room, the dinning room and the kitchen open on the terrace overlooking the Lagoon pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an island with induction hob but also an oven, a microwave, an American refrigerator, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a coffe maker... and a dishwasher.
Two air conditioned bedrooms and en-suite shower rooms are also located on the ground floor as well as a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor you will find two air conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
The Lagoon
Unique in Martinique, this 80m² swimming pool offers a gentle access to the saltwater swimming aera.
Its pontoon embellished with a blade of water, allows you to make some dives in a deep basin of 1m60.
The pool is equipped with a security system.
The Pool House
Made with natural materials, this pool house called "Carbet" invites you to laze in the shade in its sofas or deck chairs.
The Gallery
The covered gallery offers two atmospheres to visitors.
One side for meals, open to the kitchen and with barbecue.
A more intimate side with sofas, coffee tables and views of the pool.
The Living Room

Four air-conditioned bedrooms await you at Villa Carouge, two on the ground floor and two upstairs.
A bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower and double sinks is also upstairs.

Composed of a King Size bed, air conditioning and a flat screen TV, this room has its own bathroom with toilet.
The walk-in shower is equipped with a balneotherapy system and two basins await you under a very large mirror.
Parental
With a King Size bed, air conditioning and a flat screen TV, the Parental room has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, double basins and toilet.
Children
The children's room, upstairs, has a nice sea view and air conditioning.
Two single beds compose it and can be joined to create a King Size bed.
Teens
This room, upstairs, is spacious and air conditioned.
